We are English Focus Group – two English language teaching companies operating under one brand, offering week-long conversation courses with native speakers of English in Czech elementary and secondary schools.

TEFL-certified native English speakers wanted for teaching week-long conversation courses at elementary and secondary schools around the Czech Republic.

What You Can Expect from Us

Manageable teaching hours – Courses generally run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., leaving your afternoons free to relax, explore, or teach private students.
Travel & accommodation covered – Courses are held at schools across the Czech Republic. Teachers typically travel on Sunday afternoon and return on Friday afternoon, with on-site accommodation arranged and paid for by us.
Clear scheduling – You’ll usually know your teaching schedule several weeks in advance, and we do our best to respect your preferences for age group and location.
Full support – We provide all logistical details ahead of each course (accommodation, travel options, school contacts, class schedule) plus access to our bank of ESL teaching resources.
Competitive pay – Fair, competitive compensation with a bonus system that rewards commitment and quality. We’re happy to share more details on a call.

Teachers who enjoy variety, independence, and discovering new places
Professionals comfortable working with children and teenagers
Engaging teaching style, with plenty of speaking practice for all students
Willingness to prepare a short course syllabus in advance
